Unlike most books that concentrate on psychological issues, Ready, Fire, Aim concentrate in the most important aspects of entrepreneurship: how to create products, how to set the price, how to sell, and how to manage the company for growth.

One of the main take aways in this book is that, at the beginning, the most important task for any company is to sell. It doesn't matter if the product is still not completely developed or if the company doesn't have an office. Without sales, there is no company, so this needs to be the number one priority of any business person.

The book also discusses the different paths that can be followed to take the business to its next level. For example, how to select and hire people that will take care of the business, how to create a marketing strategy, and how to delegate properly. These are incredible skills that need to be mastered by any successful entrepreneur.

Finally, Ready, Fire, Aim is above all a very practical book. I haven't seen any book that takes care of explaining in detail each step in the creation of multi million dollar business. Everyone interested in creating success and wealth should read and practice the lesson contained in there.
